NOTICE OF MAKING VARIATION ORDER
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
THE WYRE FOREST DISTRICT COUNCIL (OFF STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2023 (VARIATION NO. 5)
Wyre Forest District Council hereby gives notice to vary parking charges and charges for parking season tickets under section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers.
The Order shall come into effect on 1 March 2025 and shall have the following effect: The fees payable at the parking places listed in Column 1 are to be varied from the amounts listed in Column 2 to those listed in Column 3.

Additional Notes
- 1 hour free of charge in car parks marked with () applies only Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm. Evening charge applies after 6 pm. In all other car parks normal charges apply.*
