(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC)
NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Mill Lane from its junction with B6089 Packman Road to its junction with Newhill Road from Thursday 16th. January until Tuesday 21st. January 2025.
NOTICE is further given that the alternative route will be via B6089 Packman Road, Stubbin Road, B6090 Wentworth Road, Blackamoor Road, Woodman roundabout, A633 Warren Vale Road, A633 Wath Wood Road, Quarry Hill Road, Newhill Road and vice versa.
The reason for the prohibitions is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road (Telecom works).

PART OF GARDEN LANE AND PART OF ARBOUR LANE RAVENFIELD ROTHERHAM
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC)
NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the two parts of road specified in the Schedule to this Notice from Tuesday 14th. January until Thursday 16th. January 2025.
NOTICE is further given that there is no alternative route for vehicles affected by the order.
The reason for the prohibitions is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the parts of road (Telecommunication works).
SCHEDULE
(i) Garden Lane from its junction with St. James Drive to its junction with Arbour Lane.
(ii) Arbour Lane from its junction with Garden Lane for a distance of approximately 300m in a northerly direction.

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council intends (not less than seven days from the date of this Notice) to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Common Road from the north western kerb line of Southards Lane for a distance of approximately 115m in a north westerly direction on Monday 20th. January 2025.
NOTICE is further given that the alternative routes for vehicles affected will be via Common Road, Netherthorpe Road, Back Lane, Worksop Road and vice versa.
The reason for the prohibition is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the part of road (stop tap renewal works).

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that part of Newhill Road from its junction with Mill Lane for a distance of approximately 100m in an easterly direction from Thursday 16th. January until Tuesday 21st. January 2025.
NOTICE is further given that the alternative route for vehicles affected by the Order will be via Packman Road, Stubbin Road, Wentworth Road, Blackamoor Road, Woodman Roundabout, Warren Vale Road, Wath Wood Road, Quarry Hill Road, Newhill Road and vice versa.
The reason for the prohibition is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road (Telecom works).

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council intends (not less than seven days from the date of this Notice) to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that part of A630 Rotherham Gateway/ Europa Way entry slip road from the Europa Link roundabout to the end of the entry slip road on A630 Rotherham Gateway eastbound on the following dates:-
Saturday 18/01/25 20:00hrs to Sunday 19/01/25 10:00hrs
Saturday 12/04/25 20:00hrs to Sunday 13/04/25 10:00hrs
Saturday 12/07/25 20:00hrs to Sunday 13/07/25 10:00hrs

NOTICE is further given that the alternative route for vehicles affected by the Order will be via B6533 Poplar way, A630 Rotherham Gateway and Sheffield Parkway, westbound, ‘U’ turn at the Handsworth interchange, and A630 Sheffield Parkway and Rotherham Gateway eastbound.

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding along that part of Belvedere Parade Footpath 2 between its junction with 69/71 Belvedere Parade and its junction with 54/56 Hollyrood Rise from Monday 13th. January until Friday 17th. January 2025.
NOTICE is further given that the alternative route for pedestrians affected by the Order will be via the footways adjacent to local neighbouring streets.
The reason for the prohibition is works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the footpath (Telecom works).

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the six parts of road specified in the Schedule to this notice for periods of time between Tuesday 14th. January and Monday 27th. January 2025.
NOTICE is further given that there are no alternative route for vehicles affected by the Order, the roads are cul de sacs.
The reason for the prohibitions is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the parts of road (Telecom works).

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that part of Slacks Lane from a point approximately 280m south of its junction with Sandy Lane for a distance of 40m in a southerly direction from Thursday 16th. January until Friday 31st. January 2025.
NOTICE is further given that there is no alternative route, the road is a cul de sac. Access will be maintained for residents and emergency vehicles. The reason for the prohibitions is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road (Gas apparatus maintenance).

(TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF PART OF THE ROTHERHAM BOROUGH COUNCIL (A630 DONCASTER ROAD-SOUTH WESTBOUND) (BUS LANE AND PROHIBITION OF STOPPING, LOADING AND UNLOADING) ORDER 2013)
NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council intends (not less than seven days from the date of this Notice) to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily suspend part of the Rotherham Borough Council (A630 Doncaster Road-south westbound) (Bus Lane and prohibition of stopping, loading and unloading) Order 2013 and to suspend use of the bus lane on that part of A630 Doncaster Road from its junction with Cross Street for a distance of approximately 305m in south westerly direction from Sunday 19th. January until Sunday 9th. February 2025.
The reason for the suspension is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road (electrical works).

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council intends (not less than seven days from the date of this Notice) to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the two parts of road specified in the Schedule to this notice from Monday 20th. January 2025 until Monday 20th. July 2026. The reason for the prohibitions is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the roads (Redevelopment works).
SCHEDULE
(i) Market Street from the northern junction of Domine Lane to its junction with Corporation Street (the alternative route will be via Main Street, Westgate, Ship Hill and Market Place).
(ii) Domine Lane from its junction with Market Street to the end of the cul de sac (there is no alternative route, access maintained for residents).

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council acting in its capacity as traffic authority for the borough of Rotherham proposes to make the abovementioned Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers.
The effect of the order if implemented will be to introduce ‘No Waiting Monday to
Friday 0730-1700’ restrictions to the part of road specified in the Schedule to this notice;

i. Northern kerbline from a point 32.00m west of the extended Western kerbline of Sandygate for a distance of 75.00m in a westerly direction.
Exemptions will apply to the no waiting at any time restrictions to enable a vehicle to wait for passengers to board or alight, for disabled badge holders, for loading and unloading of goods, for enabling work to be carried out in or adjacent to the road and for emergency service vehicles.
Copies of the proposed Order a map showing the length and side of the roads affected and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the Council’s Offices at the address shown below.
Objections to the proposed Order and other representations relating to it can be sent to the undersigned (quoting reference NF/80490, e-mail Legal-TRO@rotherham. gov.uk) at the address shown below and must be received by the undersigned no later than the 7th. February 2025. All objections and other representations must be made in writing and all objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
