Walton Road - Temporary Road Closure For Repair And Installation Of Apparatus
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE WALTON ROAD, DRAKELOW
WHEN: 28 January to 30 January 2025.
WHERE: Walton Road, Drakelow between its Jct. with Rosliston Road South and its Jct. with Galloway Road.
REASON: To facilitate repair and installation of apparatus.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Rosliston Road South, Rosliston Road, Cauldwell Road, Walton Road and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while work takes place.

The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
