(U31220 Other Road (northbound shuttle lane only), Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of U31220 Other Road (Northbound shuttle lane only) from its junction with U31224 Beoley Road West roundabout to its junction with B4160 Redditch Ringway roundabout.
Reason: Replacement manhole cover by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U31227 Other Road, U31100 Holloway Lane, U31100 Burton Lane, U31149 Union Street, C2101 Holloway Drive, C2101 Lodge Park roundabout, A441 Alvechurch Highway (Northbound), A4023 Coventry Highway and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 9 January 2025.
(C2041 Lea Green Lane, Wythall) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of C2041 Lea Green Lane from its junction with C2041 Station Road to its junction with U23486 Selsdon Close.
Reason: Gas main replacement Cadent Gas.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2041 Station Road, C2180 Alcester Road, U23458 Shawhurst Lane, C2041 Hollywood Lane, C2041 Lea Green Lane (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 33 days (24hrs). Commencing: 3 February 2025.
(U31138 Sycamore Avenue, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of Sycamore Avenue from its junction with U31130 Parsons Road to its junction with U31131 Myrtle Avenue.
Reason: Utility work by Severn Trent Water.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U31138 Sycamore Avenue (part), U31130 Parsons Road, U31134 The Mayfields, U31138 Sycamore Avenue (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (24hrs). Commencing: 3 February 2025.
(U30303 Mansell Road, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of U30303 Mansell Road from its junction with U30304 Clent Avenue to its junction with U30300 Yvonne Road.
Reason: Carriageway patching for surface dressing by WCC. Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U30300 Yvonne Road, U30100 Evesham Road, U30305 Jubilee Avenue, U30304 Clent Avenue and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day between 4 February 2025 and 17 February 2025.
(U30007 Enfield Road/U30007 Feckenham Road/U30007 Blaze Lane, Astwood Bank) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of Closure 1: U30007 Enfield Road from its junction with B4504 Windmill Drive to its junction with U30005 Weavers Lane & U30007 Feckenham Road. Closure 2: U30007 Feckenham Road from its junction with U30007 Enfield Road & U30005 Weavers Lane to its junction with U30007 Blaze Lane. Closure 3: U30007 Blaze Lane from its junction with U30007 Feckenham Road to its junction with U30004 Crofts Lane.
Reason: Carriageway patching for surface dressing by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4504 Windmill Drive, A441 Evesham Road,
C2038 Church Road, C2038 Astwood Lane, U30004 Crofts Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between 31 January 2025 and 13 February 2025.
(B4092 Edgioake Lane, Astwood Bank) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of B4092 Edgioake Lane from its junction with A441 Evesham Road for a distance of 254 metres in a south westerly direction.
Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4092 Edgioake Lane (part), A441 Evesham Road, A441 The Ridgeway, B4090 Saltway, B4092 Edgioake Lane (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 10 days. Commencing: 14 January 2025.
(C2042 Watery Lane, Weatheroak Hill) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
Order made: To close that part of C2042 Watery Lane from its junction with C2001 Hill Lane to its junction C2044 Lilley Green Road.
Reason: New Customer Connection by Severn Trent Water. Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Diversion anticlockwise: C2042 Watery Lane (part), A435 Alcester Road, C2001 Hill Lane, C2042 Watery Lane (part) Diversion Clockwise: C2042 Watery Lane (part), C2001 Hill Lane, A435 Alcester Road Northbound, A435 Becketts Roundabout, A435 Alcester Road Southbound, C2042 Watery Lane (part).
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (24hrs). Commencing: 14 January 2025.
