Brookhouse Road & Dene Road, Rushmoor - Temporary road closure due to gas main replacement
What is happening?
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE – BROOKHOUSE ROAD & DENE ROAD, RUSHMOOR
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
ROADS TO BE CLOSED:
Brookhouse Road, Rushmoor- that part of Brookhouse Road between its junction with Cody Road and continuing to a point 30 metres West on Brookhouse Road.
Dene Road, Rushmoor- that part of Dene Road between its junction with Cody Road and between its junction with Maple Leaf Close.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTES:
Brookhouse Road, Rushmoor- Brookhouse Road, Cody Road
Dene Road, Rushmoor- Hazel Avenue, Cove Road, Marrowbrook Lane, Cody Road
DURATION OF ORDER: from Monday 6th January 2025 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than Tuesday 14th February 2025, this order will be in operation for 24 hours a day).
