Notice of the making of an Order to temporarily close Public Footpath AW87 in the Parish of Egerton

(Prohibition Of Traffic) Temporary Order 2025
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Section 14(1), As Amended By The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991
Kent County Council has made an Order the effect of which is to temporarily close Public Footpath AW87 between St James’s Church Yard and its junction with Public Footpath AW88 from the 17 January 2025
The path will be closed for a maximum of six months, unless an extension is required for works.
The path is closed because there is a likelihood of danger to users.
The alternative route is via Public Footpath AW106 and will be signed for the duration of the closure.

close Public Bridleway NU27
In The Borough of Gravesham

(Prohibition Of Traffic) Temporary Order 2025
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Section 14(1), As Amended By The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991
Kent County Council has made an Order the effect of which is to temporarily close Public Bridleway NU27 between The Drove Way and the rear of the Istead Rise Community Centre from the 13 January 2025
The path will be closed for a maximum of six months.
The path is closed because works are planned on or near it
The alternative route for pedestrians is via the community centre car park and into the field and will be signed for the duration of the closure. There is no alternative for equestrians or bike users.

Notice of extension of an Order temporarily closing Public Footpath NGX30
In The Borough of Gravesham

(Public Footpath NGX30)
(Prohibition Of Traffic) Temporary Order 2024
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Section 14(1), As Amended By The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991
The Secretary of State for Transport has directed that the Order made by Kent County Council on the 15 July 2024, the effect of which was to prohibit all traffic along public footpath NGX30 has been extended for a further 6 months, until the 15 July 2025 or until the completion of the works, whichever is the earlier
The path is closed between Valley Drive and St Dunstans Drive
The alternative route is via St Patrick’s Gardens and will be signed for the duration of the closure.

IN THE BOROUGH OF TUNBRIDGE WELLS

close Public Footpath WB54 In The Borough of Tunbridge Wells

(Prohibition Of Traffic) Temporary Order 2025
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Section 14(1), As Amended By The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991
Kent County Council has made an Order the effect of which is to temporarily close Public Footpath WB54 between Hawkenbury Road and the entrance to the recreation ground car park from 13 January 2025
The path will be closed for a maximum of six months although it is expected that it will reopen 8 March 2025
The path is to be closed because there is a likelihood of danger to users.
The alternative route is via Hawkenbury Road and the Recreation ground car park and will be signed for the duration of the closure.
