The County of Cornwall (Road From Junction West Of Sunnymead To The A38 East Of Meadowleigh, Dobwalls) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Dobwalls. This prohibition is necessary for works for pole changeover and recovery and it is expected that the closure will be from 3rd February 2025 to 5th February 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Junction West Of Sunnymead To The A38 East Of Meadowleigh, Dobwalls for its entire length.

The County of Cornwall (Road From Junction West Of Berry Farm To The A38 Junction North West Of Filling Station, Trerulefoot) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Trerulefoot. This prohibition is necessary for vegetation removal works from the railway bridge and it is expected that the closure will be from 8th February 2025 to 9th February 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2200 and 0630, weekends included.
Road affected - Road From Junction West Of Berry Farm To The A38 Junction North West Of Filling Station, Trerulefoot between grid reference SX 31470 60436 and the Western Power Distribution Electricity Site.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Deviock. This prohibition is necessary for telecom works and it is expected that the closure will be from 7th February 2025, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only. Road affected - Deviock Hill, Deviock between properties known as Old School House Cottage and Deviock Lodge.

This prohibition is necessary for footway extension works and it is expected that the closure will be from 3rd February 2025 to 6th February 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekdays only.
Road affected - Fore Street, Lostwithiel from The King’s Arms to Malthouse Lane.

The County of Cornwall (Road From Higher South Coombe To Sunningdale, Road From Penn Dowr To Stoke Road and Road From Junction North Of Holmbush To Penn Dowr, Callington) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Callington. This prohibition is necessary for overhead fibre cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 7th February 2025, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1600, weekdays only.
Roads affected - Road From Higher South Coombe To Sunningdale, Road From Penn Dowr To Stoke Road and Road From Junction North Of Holmbush To Penn Dowr for their entire lengths, Callington.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 6th Janauary 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Millbrook. This prohibition is necessary for desilting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 23rd January 2025 to 24th January 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2000 and 0600, weekdays only.
Road affected - Hounster Hill, Millbrook between property known as 2, Old Police Houses and the junction of West Street.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Polperro. This prohibition is necessary for repair works to defective reinstatement and it is expected that the closure will be from 3rd February 2025 to 5th February 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Kellow Hill, Polperro between numbers 29 and 44.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 20th December 2024 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being North Road, West Looe for its entire length The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works to repair retaining wall are being executed on or near the highway.
The Order will come into operation on 21st December 2024 and the works are expected to be completed by the 27th January 2025.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
The road was previously closed for reasons of public safety by notice under Section 14(2) of the RTRA 1984 from the 15th October 2024 to 20th December 2024.
Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services, traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian access to residents and businesses will be maintained.

The County of Cornwall (Pound Hill, Landrake) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 6th January 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Landrake. This prohibition is necessary for new water connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 20th January 2025 to 24th January 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - Pound Hill, Landrake between the junction of Home Park and property known as Pound Farm.

This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th February 2025, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekends included.
Road affected - Sand Lane, Calstock between properties known as Sandways House and Shamatha.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Fowey. This prohibition is necessary for installation of sewer level equipment in manhole and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th February 2025 for one day. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Tower Park, Fowey from the junction for Gallant’s Drive to the junction for Readymoney Road.
