Buckinghamshire, Temporary Bridleway Closure Due To Ash Dieback Clearance
What is happening?
BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL
THE COUNCIL HAS MADE
The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Bridleway No.41, Parish of Great and Little Kimble) (Temporary Bridleway Closure) Order 2024
under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in that length of Public Bridleway No.41, Parish of Great and Little Kimble, which commences at Public Footpath No.42 and Public Bridleway No.63, Parish of Great and Little Kimble and continues south east for approx. 660M. The closure is required to facilitate ash dieback clearance.
The alternative route is via Public Bridleway No.63, Great and Little Kimble and via existing Highway.
The proposed Order will come into operation on 1 January 2025, as signed, with a maximum duration of 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.
