DYMA HYSBYSIAD bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf wedi gwneud Gorchymyn o dan Adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, fel y’i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991, a fydd yn para deunaw mis ar y mwyaf.

Mae angen cau’r ffordd er mwyn hwyluso gwaith adfer nam yn barhaol.

Effaith y gorchymyn fydd cau Heol Maendy, Penycoedcae, o bwynt gerllaw ffin ddwyreiniol eiddo Rhif 2 Clos Balmoral i gyfeiriad y dwyrain-de-ddwyrain, am bellter o tua 85 metr.

Llwybr amgen ar gael trwy Heol Maendy, Ffordd Llantrisant i Deras Brynhill, Heol Ddu, Ffordd Llantrisant a Heol Maendy. Yn achos gyrwyr sy’n teithio i’r cyfeiriad arall, newidiwch y drefn uchod.

Bydd mynediad ar gael i gerbydau’r gwasanaethau brys, i gerddwyr ac i bob eiddo lleol.

RHONDDA CYNON TAFF COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL
(MAENDY ROAD, PEN-Y-COEDCAE)
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council have made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, which will have a maximum duration of eighteen months.

The closure is necessary to facilitate permanently reinstating a defect.

The effect of the Order will be to close Maendy Road, Pen-Y-Coedcae, from a point adjacent to the eastern property boundary of No. 2 Balmoral Close in a generally East-South-Easterly direction, for a distance of approximately 85 metres.

Alternative route available via Maendy Road, Llantrisant Road to Brynhill Terrace, Black Road, Llantrisant Road & Maendy Road. For vehicles travelling in the opposite direction, reverse the directions given above.

Access will be maintained for pedestrians, emergency services and to premises.

The closure is expected to be in operation between the following dates and times, or until such time as the works has been completed: -

• Daytime closure between 8:00am – 6:00pm on 10th January 2025
