Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:

A3400 BRIDGEFOOT, STRATFORD UPON AVON Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between the junctions of Tiddington Road and Bridgeway. Reason for Order: Carriageway patching and associated works, overnight 20.00hrs-06.00hrs. Order Commences: 10 January 2025 for up to 18 months. Anticipated Completion: 11 January 2025 Access & Diversion: A3400, A4390, A3400 and vice versa. Contractor: Balfour Beatty, Tel: 03452 415 302.

C104 BARFORD ROAD, WELFORD-ON-AVON Order Effect: Road closed between Bunkers Hill Drive and Braggington Lane. Reason for Order: Carriageway patching works, closed 09:30- 15:30 hrs. Order Commences: 8 January 2025 for up to 18 months. Anticipated Completion: 8 January 2025 Access & Diversion: Barton Road, High Street, Binton Road, Evesham Road, Stratford Road, Tower Hill, Honeybourne Road, Welford Road, and vice versa. CHURCH STREET, WELLESBOURNE Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from points outside properties number 13 & 18 Reason for Order: To enable works to lay a new service from main. Order Commences: 6 January 2025 for up to 18 months. Anticipated Completion: 8 January 2025 Access & Diversion: Church Street, Warwick Road, Hoppers Lane and vice versa. Contractor: For Cadent Gas, Headway TM, Tel: 01564 820 118.

NEW STREET, SHIPSTON ON STOUR Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from its junction with Mill Street northwards for 55 metres. Reason for Order: To provide a safe working area for engineers to provide new customer service. Order Commences: 14 October 2024 for up to 18 months. Unfortunately, these works were delayed but have now been rescheduled to take place 6 January to 7 January 2025. Access & Diversion: New Street, London Road, Shipston Road, Main Street, Oxford Road, A4300, Banbury Road, Horsefair, High Street, Middle Row, Market Place, Worcester Road, A44, Cross Hands Hill, A44, Newtown, Oxford Street, Stratford Road, A429, Fosse Way, Horseley Farm Road, Campden Road, Norgren Crescent, West Street and vice versa. LIGHTHORNE ROAD, KINETON Order Effect: Road Closed to vehicular traffic. Reason for Order: To enable works for installation of a stop tap. Order Commences: 7 January 2025 for up to 18 months. Anticipated Completion: 9 January 2025 Access & Diversion: Lighthorne Road, Southam Street, Mill Street, Warwick Road, Pittern Hill, Combrook Road, Spring Hill, Compton Hill, Bowshot Island, Fosse Way, Lighthorne Rough Road, Kineton Road and vice versa. SNITTERFIELD STREET, HAMPTON LUCY Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic. Reason for Order: Works for gas mains replacement. Order Commences: 6 January 2025 for up to 18 months. Anticipated Completion: 31 January 2025 Access & Diversion: Snitterfield Road, Hatton Bank Lane, Warwick Road, Stratford Road, Church Street, Vine Cottages, Bridge Street, Snitterfield Street and vice versa. Contractor: Sapphire Utility Solutions, Tel: 07946 004 378.

VILLAGE ROAD, PRESTON ON STOUR Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic. Reason for Order: To enable repair to a water pipe. Order Commences: 7 January 2025 for up to 18 months. Anticipated Completion: 9 January 2025. Access & Diversion: Village Road, Village Green, School Road and vice versa. Contractor: For STW, Chevron TM Ltd, Tel: 0330 080 820.

Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following Temporary Traffic Orders:

BULL STREET, STRATFORD-UPON-AVON Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic. Reason for Order: To safely enable works to rectify manhole. Order Commences: 20 January 2025 for up to 18 months. Anticipated Completion: 20 January 2025. Access & Diversion: Bull Street, Chestnut Walk, Old Town, College Street, College Lane and vice versa. Contractor: Customer Solutions Plus, Tel: 07918 298 599.

D62370 SOUTHERN LANE & WATERSIDE, STRATFORD UPON AVON Order Effect: Southern Lane closed to vehicular traffic between the junction of Avonbank Paddock and Old Town. In addition: The One-way traffic flow on Southern Lane between the junctions of Avonbank Paddock and surface change with Waterside and on Waterside between the surface change with Southern Lane and junction with Sheep Street will be temporarily suspended. Stopping and waiting on Southern Lane and Waterside between the junctions of Old Town and Chapel Lane will be temporarily prohibited. Reason for Order: Drainage repairs and associated works, 09.30hrs-15.30hrs weekdays only. Order Commences: 20 January 2025 for up to 18 months. Anticipated Completion: 31 January 2025 Access & Diversion: Old Town, Church Street, Chapel Street, Sheep Street and vice versa. Contractor: Balfour Beatty, Tel: 03452 415 302.

DASSETT ROAD, AVON DASSETT Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between Lower End and Farnborough Road. Reason for Order: To enable works to excavate and renew waste meter. Order Commences: 21 January 2025 for up to 18 months. Anticipated Completion: 24 January 2025. Access & Diversion: Lower End, Church Hill, Avon Dassett Road, Dassett Road and vice versa. Contractor: For STW, Chevron TM Ltd, Tel: 03300 080 820.

GRANGE ROAD, BIDFORD-ON-AVON Order Effect: Road Closed to vehicular traffic. Reason for Order: To safely enable works to renew hydrant. Order Commences: 22 January 2025 for up to 18 months. Anticipated Completion: 24 January 2025. Access & Diversion: No suitable diversion. Contractor: GTM (Network plus), Tel: 08455 040 123.

HONINGTON ROAD, HONINGTON Order Effect: Road Closed to vehicular traffic. Reason for Order: To safely enable engineers to work on overhead structure. Order Commences: 23 January 2025 for up to 18 months. Anticipated Completion: 23 January 2025. Access & Diversion: Honington Road, Idlicote Road, Fosse Way, Shipston Road, Stratford Road, Granby Road and vice versa. Contractor: Sunbelt Rentals Ltd, Tel: 03700 500 792.

MORTON BAGOT ROAD, OLDBERROW Order Effect: Road Closed to vehicular traffic. Reason for Order: To enable pole testing. Order Commences: 21 January 2025 for up to 18 months. Anticipated Completion: 21 January 2025 Access & Diversion: Morton Bagot Road, Oldberrow Road, Redditch Road, Warwick Road, Wootton Wawen Road and vice versa. Contractor: Sunbelt Rentals Ltd, Tel: 03700 500 792.

VICARAGE ROAD, WHATCOTE Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic. Reason for Order: To enable works to renew a boundary box and install meter. Order Commences: 23 January 2025 for up to 18 months. Anticipated Completion: 24 January 2025 Access & Diversion: Vicarage Road, The Leys, Whatcote Road, Main Street, Tysoe Road, Oxhill Road, Shipston Road, Shipston Fields, Brailes Road and vice versa. Contractor: For STW, Chevron TM Ltd, Tel: 03300 080 820.

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
