Davies Road, Blackburn - Temporary Road Closure due to Facilitate Delivery of Large Plant Items
What is happening?
THE BOROUGH OF BLACKBURN WITH DARWEN
(DAVIES ROAD, BLACKBURN)
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, made the above Order under Section 14 (1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order is to close Davies Road for the following extent: At its junction with Blakewater Road.
The closure is necessary for the following reason: Works to facilitate the delivery of large items of plant.
The Order will come into force on 6th January 2025 and shall continue in force for a period of eighteen months or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 30th April 2025.
Access for emergency vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times.
