What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14

CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

LOW ASH CRESCENT, WROSE, BRADFORD

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of water works proposed to be executed on or near Low Ash Crescent, Wrose, Bradford intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Low Ash Crescent from a point outside No. 8 Low Ash Crescent to its junction with Wrose Road.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Low Ash Crescent (unaffected section), Low Ash Road, Wrose Road and vice versa.

The proposed Order will come into effect at 08:00 hours on the 12th January 2025 and remain in force until 06:00 hours on the 13th January 2025 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
