ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) A633 BLYTH AVENUE AND AND MIDDLE AVENUE RAWMARSH ROTHERHAM
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC)
NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along two parts of road specified in the Schedule to this Notice from 9pm on Wednesday 8th January until 1am on Thursday 9th January 2025.
The reason for the prohibitions is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the two parts of road (replacement of manhole cover and frame).
SCHEDULE
(i) A633 Blyth Avenue 20m north and south of its junction with Middle Avenue
(the alternative route will be via Haugh Road, Stubbin Road, Wentworth Road,
Warren Vale Road Roundabout, Warren Vale, Dale Road and vice versa).
(ii) Middle Avenue at its junction with the A633 Blyth Avenue (the alternative route will be via local neighbouring streets).

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along West Lane from a point approximately 85m west of its junction with Ambler Rise for a distance of approximately 160m in a westerly direction from Monday 6th. January until Friday 10th. January 2025.
NOTICE is further given that the alternative route will be via West Lane, A618
Aughton Road, B6200 Rotherham Road, Park Hill, Sheffield Road, Fence Hill, Fence Roundabout, Sheffield Road, Falconer Lane, Smallage Lane and vice versa.
The reason for the prohibition is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road (Telecommunications works).

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that part of Effingham Square from its junction with the slip road from Drummond Street for a distance of approximately 40m in a westerly direction from 8pm on Thursday 9th January until 5am on Friday 10th January 2025. Bus station access will not be affected.
NOTICE is further given that there is no alternative route for vehicles affected by the order. The reason for the prohibition is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road (Manhole investigation).

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council intends (not less than seven days from the date of this Notice) to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the six parts of road specified in the Schedule to this notice for periods of time between Tuesday 14th. January and Monday 27th. January 2025.
NOTICE is further given that there are no alternative route for vehicles affected by the Order, the roads are cul de sacs.
The reason for the prohibitions is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the parts of road (Telecom works).
