THE COUNTY OF DEVON

(TEMPORARY RESTRICTION)

(VALLEY VIEW & COLYFORD ROAD, SEATON) ORDER 2025

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC & PARKING

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.

From 6/1/25 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 9/1/25. Between the hours of 19:00 & 07:00.

No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed or wait on the sections of Affected Roads.

Roads affected: Valley View & Colyford Road, Seaton

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via -

BLUE ROUTE - Harepath Road - Manor Road - Fore Street - Colyford Road.

YELLOW ROUTE - Colyford Road - Seaton Road - A3052 Swan Hill Road - A3052 Harepath Hill -

Harepath Road.

Diversion For Colyford Road Will Be Yellow Route & Blue Route Together.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: Resurfacing Works.

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - Road From Pattesons To Higher Gosford Farm, Road From Sidmouth Junction Cross To Sherwood Cross, Station Road, Road From Rutts Cross To Barton Rise, Road From Buckerell Cross To Barton Rise, Road From Buckerell Cross To Fenny Bridge Garage, Road Through Fenny Bridges, Road From Pattesons Cross To Beacon Service Station, Green Lane.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: Installation Of New Flood

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: Culvert Repairs & Revetment.
