What is happening?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Flavourcot Restaurant Ltd has applied to Manchester City Council for a premises licence for Apricot Brunch + Bar, 25 – 27 Tib Street, Manchester M4 1LX as follows: To permit the sale of alcohol (on and off sales), and the provision of regulated recorded and live music (indoors only) between the hours of 08:00-02:00 daily. To permit the supply of late-night refreshment between the hours of 23:00–02:00 daily (inside and outside). To permit the premises to open 07:00 – 02:30 daily. Non-standard time from the end of permitted hours to the start on New Years’s Eve until start of permitted hours on New Year’s Day. Seasonal variation to take into account the effect of British Summer Time.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
