What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE AND SUSPENSION OF ONE WAY ORDER CLOSURE OF KING STREET, STANHOPE STREET AND GRANVILLE AVENUE, AND ONE WAY SUSPENSION OF LIME GROVE, LONG EATON
WHEN: 06 January to 18 January 2025 (19:00 to 05:00 each night)
WHERE: Road Closures: King Street Long Eaton between the Jct. of Derby Road and Prince Street.
Stanhope Street for approx. 50m from the Jct. of Derby Road.
Granville Avenue for approx. 35m from the Jct. of Derby Road.
One way suspension: of Lime Grove, Long Eaton.
REASON: To facilitate the resurfacing of A6005 Derby Road, Long Eaton.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: As signed at each location.
The road closure and one way suspension will be in force for the time stated or until the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised. Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while work takes place. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190.The County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).
