(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
On Thursday 19th December 2024, Argyll and Bute Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
No person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle, on that length of the Argyll Road, Kilcreggan, from a point adjacent to the property known as Tigh Dearg in an easterly direction to a point adjacent to the property known as Nirvana for a distance of 70 metres or thereby, with the exception of vehicles involved in carrying out the works.
The restriction will come into operation will be effective, when indicated by signs from 0600 hours on the 20th of January 2025 to 1800 hours on the 26th of January 2025 or until the works are complete, whichever is the earlier.
