Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 30th December 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Wadebridge.
This prohibition is necessary for tree works and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th January 2025 for one day.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Padstow.
This prohibition is necessary for works to supply new water source and it is expected that the closure will be from 27th January 2025 to 31st January 2025.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Access To Constantine Bay, Padstow between properties Trebere and The Hazard.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 30th December 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin.
This prohibition is necessary for drainage repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 13th January 2025 to 15th January 2025.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Averys Green, Bodmin between Access To Millpark and property known as Wayside.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Speed Restriction Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 30th December 2024 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary speed restriction of 30 MPH over an area of highway being Road From Tregoss Roundabout To Victoria Interchange, Roche from Victoria Cottage to eastern end entrance of Texaco Garage for approximately 360 metres.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works to widen footway as part of the St Austell Link Road Scheme are being executed on or near the road.
The Order will come into operation on 13th January 2025 and the works are expected to be completed by the 20th March 2025.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 30th December 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Austell.
This prohibition is necessary for gas trial holes investigation works and it is expected that the closure will be from 13th January 2025 to 20th January 2025.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. Road affected - Belmont Road, St Austell from junction with Eastbourne Road to junction close to No 12.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin.
This prohibition is necessary for tree cutting works for pole replacement and it is expected that the closure will be from 27th January 2025 to 28th January 2025.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Bodiniel Road, Bodmin from junction of Copshorn Road to Pendeen House. An alternative route will be signed on site.

This prohibition is necessary for works to remove NGED equipment from front of properties and it is expected that the closure will be from 13th January 2025 to 24th January 2025.

This prohibition is necessary for installation of statutory fibre network and it is expected that the closure will be from 13th January 2025 to 31st January 2025.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2023
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 16th July 2023 continuing to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Footpath 9 in the Parish of St Minver Lowlands between grid references SW 95293:76482 and SW 94796:76222.
The Order which commenced on the 17th July 2023 and is currently in force for up to six months will now continue until the 26th December 2025. The continuance of this Order, which was to have expired on the 26th December 2024 has been approved by the Secretary of State for Transport.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. The Council is satisfied that this further restriction is necessary because of the likelihood of danger to the public due to defective footbridge,
Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services, traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.
