What is happening?

BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL

(CABBAGE HILL LANE, BINFIELD)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2024

Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council has made an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along:

a) Cabbage Hill Lane, Binfield.

The alternative route for vehicles affected by section (a) of this Order will be via Hazlewood Lane, B3034 Forest Road, B3018 Church Lane, Ryehurst Lane and this route reversed.

The purpose of this Order is to ensure public & worker safety while the Highway Authority replace a damaged bridge guard rail.

The Order came into operation on the 23rd December 2024 and has a maximum duration of 6 months. It is currently planned that the closure will be in place between 23rd December 2024 from 09:30 until 15:30.

This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed in the road.
