What is happening?

LONDON BOROUGH OF HAVERING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Havering proposes to make amendments to the following Orders as follows under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended

a) Introduce no waiting at any time restrictions on;

i) Bridge Close and to the rear of the Ambulance station

ii) Theatre Road, to cover the amended kerbline

iii) Philip Road, to cover the raised kerb area between nos. 7 and 9

iv) Frederick Road, outside nos. 6 to 14

v) Beech Close, to the side of no. 137 Benhurst Avenue and fronting no.1 Beech Close

vi) Florence Close, to the sides of nos. 95 and 97 and 101 Station Lane

vii) Diban Avenue, fronting the electricity sub-station, between nos. 112 and 114

viii) Thurso Close, to the front of no. 21 Elgin Avenue

ix) Humber Drive, to the side of no. 19 Blyth Walk

x) Ardleigh Green Road, to the front of nos. 130 to 136 to 140

xi) All arms of the New Zealand Way junctions with Gisborne Gardens and Burwood Gardens

xii) Kew Close, on its eastern side, between its junction with Hyde Close and the common boundary of nos. 3 and 7

xiii) Rosedale Road, to cover the raised kerb area between nos. 50 and 52.

xiv) Wednesbury Road, to the side of no. 22

b) Introduce a Disabled persons parking bay on;

i) Galleywood Crescent, opposite no. 71

ii) Barnstaple Road, outside no. 47

iii) Kingsbridge Circus, outside Southall House

iv) Fyfield Road, outside nos. 73 and 75

v) Warden Avenue, outside no. 34

vi) Hillrise Road, outside no.129

vii) Spencer Road, to the side of no. 61 Frederick Road

viii) Mowbrays Road, opposite no. 86

ix) Wednesbury Road, to the side of no. 22

x) Roseberry Gardens, outside no. 185

d) Remove a Disabled parking bay on;

i) Dudley Road outside no. 32

ii) Edmound Road outside no. 23

d) Remove the disabled parking bay, outside no. 69 Sherringham Avenue and reinstate a residents parking bay

e) Removal of a section of free parking bay outside no. 15 Garbutt Road and the introduction of Monday to Friday 8.00am to 9.30am waiting restriction

f) Introduce a loading ban operational Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm on Westland Avenue, to the side of North Street Halls, opposite nos. 5 to 11 and nos. 17 to 27

g) Removal of a section of residents parking bay outside no. 94 Marks Road and the introduction of Monday to Saturday 8.00am to 8.00pm waiting restriction

h) Introduce a loading bay on North Street, Hornchurch, to the front of Winterberry Court

Any objections or other representations about any of the proposed Orders should be sent in writing to the Highways Traffic and Parking Group Manager Havering Town Hall, Main Road, Romford RM1 3BB until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
