Main Road - Temporary Road Closure

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
MAIN ROAD, PENTRICH

WHEN: 13 January to 15 January 2025
WHERE: Main Road, Pentrich between its Jct. with Riley Lane and its Jct. with Millstone Lane.
REASON: To facilitate carriageway surface treatment and installation of road studs.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Pentrich Road, Unnamed roundabout on B6016 at Jct. with High Street, The Green, Derby Road, Chapel Street, Elliot Drive, Eachwell Lane, Wingfield Road, Four Lane Ends, Chesterfield Road, Pentrich Lane End, Wood Lane, Main Road, Asher Lane and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while work takes place. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
