The County of Cornwall (Kirland Road, Halgavor Road, Halgavor Lane, Bodmin) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Bodmin. This prohibition is necessary for installation of statutory fibre network and it is expected that the closure will be from 20th January 2025 to 31st January 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Roads affected - Kirland Road from outside property known as Sharon to junction of Halgavor Road, Halgavor Road from junction of Kirland Road to junction of Halgavor Lane, Halgavor Lane for its entire length, Bodmin

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 23rd December 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Bodmin. This prohibition is necessary for installation of statutory fibre network and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th January 2025 to 28th March 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Roads affected - Road From Powderham Castle To Edgecumbe Road, Lostwithiel for its entire length, Road From Loving Lane To Powderham Castle, Lanlivery for its entire length, Road From Junction Of Pennant And Snow Hill To Junction South Of Churchtown Farm, Lanlivery for its entire length, Iron Bars, Lanlivery from it's southern extent to 300m North Of Polcan Farm, Snow Hill, Lanlivery for its entire length, Poltip, Lanlivery for its entire length, Road North Bound From The Crown To Snow Hill, Lanlivery for its entire length, Road From San Sama Strickstenton Farm, Par from San Sama to Dunmore and Penknight Lane, Lostwithiel from the junction with the A390 for a distance of 100 metres.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 23rd December 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Camelford. This prohibition is necessary for overhead fibre cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th January 2025, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Lanteglos Road To Kerensa, Lanteglos, Camelford between the junction Access to South West Water Treatment Works and grid reference SX 09094 81732.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Padstow. This prohibition is necessary for pole recovery and tree cutting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 20th January 2025 to 21st January 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530 weekdays only.
Road affected - Lodenek Avenue, Padstow from junction with Trelawney Road to the grassed area.

This prohibition is necessary for culvert repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th January 2025 to 31st January 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - Middle Street, Port Isaac between Fore Street and Church Hill.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Padstow. This prohibition is necessary for installation of sewer level equipment in manhole works and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd January 2025 to 23rd January 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - North Quay, Padstow from near No 4 to near Waters Edge.

This prohibition is necessary for pole installation works and it is expected that the closure will be from 7th January 2025, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 23rd December 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in St Austell. This prohibition is necessary for new fibre infrastructure works and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th January 2025 to 14th January 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

The County of Cornwall (Road From Junction South West Of The Garage To St Breock, Road From St Breock To Polmorla, Wadebridge) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic and Stopping) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above order dated 23rd December 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Wadebridge. This prohibition is necessary for works to repair carriageway surface and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th January 2025 to 17th January 2025.
Roads subject to prohibition - Road From Junction South West Of The Garage To St Breock, Road From St Breock To Polmorla, Wadebridge for their entire length.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 23rd December 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specified on the undermentioned lengths of road in Wadebridge. Where any vehicle is found to be in contravention of this Order it may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and may be removed from site.
Roads subject to stopping prohibition - Road From Junction South West Of The Garage To St Breock, Road From St Breock To Polmorla, Wadebridge for their entire length.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekends included.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 23rd December 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Newquay. This prohibition is necessary for works to create two turning heads for when railway crossing is closed and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th January 2025 to 28th February 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only.
