Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14 The County Of Devon (Temporary Restriction) 

(High Street, Topsham) Order 2025 Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic & Parking 

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 2/1/25 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 31/1/25. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed or wait on the sections of Affected Roads. 

Roads affected: High Street, Topsham, (From The Junction Denver Road To The Junction With Station Road) The Alternative, Signed, Route For Vehicles Will Be Via - High Street, Exeter Road, Topsham Road, Bridge Road, Rydon Lane, Road From Sandy Gate To Rydon Lane, Sandy Gate Roundabout, Sidmouth Road, Exmouth Road Towards Clyst St Mary, Exmouth Road Towards Clyst St George, Exmouth Road, Road Past Dart Farm, Bridge Hill, Elm Grove Road, Station Road, High Street. 

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: Mains Replacement Works.
