The County of Cornwall (Road From Wheal Sperris Villa To Junction North Of Hugus Farm, Road From Junction North Of Hugus Farm To Junction South Of Besore Farm, Truro) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024 

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 23rd December 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Truro. This prohibition is necessary for surfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th January 2025 to 14th January 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. 

Roads affected - Road From Wheal Sperris Villa To Junction North Of Hugus Farm, Hugus, Truro between grid references SW77301 43528 and SW78375 43793 and Road From Junction North Of Hugus Farm To Junction South Of Besore Farm, Besore, Threemilestone for its entire length.

The County of Cornwall (Lancarrow, Four Lanes) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024 

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 23rd December 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Four Lanes. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 8th January 2025 to 9th January 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only. 

Road affected - Lancarrow, Four Lanes between the property named Lancarrow Lodge and the junction of Penhalvean.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 23rd December 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Erme. This prohibition is necessary for water connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th January 2025 to 14th January 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. 

Road affected - Road From Layby At Truthan To A39, Road From Trenerry To Layby At Truthan, St Erme between grid references SW83771 51169 and SW83958 51173.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Penryn. This prohibition is necessary for water connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 20th January 2025 to 24th January 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. 

Road affected - Lower Treluswell, Penryn between grid references SW77600 36008 and SW77619 35969.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Helston. This prohibition is necessary for fibre connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 20th January 2025 to 31st January 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. 

Road affected - Mawgan, Helston between grid references SW70772 24890 and SW71008 25095.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 23rd December 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Mullion. This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th January 2025 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Roads affected - Nansmellyon Road between grid reference SW67193 18152 and the junction of Ghost Hill and Ghost Hill, Predannack between the junction of Nansmellyon Road and grid reference SW67474 18031, Mullion.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Mylor Churchtown. This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 21st January 2025 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1600, weekdays only. 

Road affected - Penarrow Road, Mylor Churchtown between the junction of Tregew Road and grid reference SW81702 34897.

The County of Cornwall (Various Roads St Keverne) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic and Stopping) Order 2024 

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above order dated 23rd December 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Keverne. This prohibition is necessary for resurfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th January 2025 to 10th January 2025. 

Road subject to prohibition - Penmenner Estate, St Keverne for its entire length.

Notice is further given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 23rd December 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specified on the undermentioned length of road in St Keverne. Where any vehicle is found to be in contravention of this Order it may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and may be removed from site. 

Road subject to stopping prohibition - Penmenner Estate, St Keverne for its entire length. 

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 23rd December 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Chacewater. This prohibition is necessary for surfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th January 2025 to 10th January 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. 

Roads affected - Road From Junction At Meadowside To The Cottage, Blackwater for its entire length and Road From The Cottage To Chacewater Hill, Penstraze, Chacewater between the properties named The Cottage and The Sail Loft Langley House.
