Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As amended).
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 2, Elmstead in the District of Tendring from a point approximately 558 metres west of Footpath 1, Elmstead for approximately 64 metres west.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 01 January 2025 to 30 June 2025 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public while the construction of a Borrow Pit is undertaken.
The alternative route will be signed on site.
The Order will come into effect on 01 January 2025 may continue in force for 6 months.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Grove Road, Tiptree in the City of Colchester, from its junction with Church Road to its junction with Green Lane a distance of approximately 80m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th January 2025 for 1 night (19:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2378776 - Essex County Council).
