(Tree Pollarding Works) (Temporary Prohibition Of Driving, Parking, Waiting, Loading & Unloading) Order 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council acting under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), intend to make an Order the effect of which is:
- To prohibit the driving, parking, waiting, loading & unloading of vehicles in :
Allenby Road | For its entirety |
Foliot Avenue | For its entirety |
Foliot Road | For its entirety |
Cookworthy Road | Between Ash Grove and Foliot Road |
Greatlands Crescent | For its entirety |
Greatlands Place | For its entirety |
Floyd Close | For its entirety |
Austin Avenue | For its entirety |
Briardale Road | For its entirety |
Dingle Road | For its entirety |
Halycon Road | For its entirety |
Victoria Place | Between Albert Road and Portland Road |
Wanstead Grove | For its entirety |
Greystoke Avenue | For its entirety |
Carradale Road | For its entirety |
Queen Anne Terrace | Between Armada Street and Gibbon Lane |
Stuart Road | Between numbers 49 and 73 |
Goodwin Crescent | For its entirety |
Grassendale Avenue | For its entirety |
The prohibition of driving, parking, waiting, loading & unloading will be in operation on the days and during the hours that the appropriate traffic signs are displayed. The Order shall come into force on 6th January 2025 and shall continue in force for a maximum of 18 months It is anticipated that tree pollarding works will take place at the above locations between 6th January 2025 until 6th June 2025. Advance warning boards will be displayed on site at each location to communicate exact dates and times nearer the time.
