NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of receipt of the following applications:

Revised Plans, Documents & Description: Alterations to shop and to shopfront along Copperfields including additional door. Proposed mansard roof extension containing 1 x 2 bed residential apartment. External roof terrace at 14 Hythe Street Dartford Kent which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Dartford Town Centre Conservation Area (Application Ref. DA/24/00709/FUL).

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application and accompanying documents at the Council offices, Civic Centre, Home Gardens, Dartford DA1 1DR during normal office hours and on our website at www.dartford.gov.uk (https://publicaccess.dartford.gov.uk/online-applications/search.do). Any person who wishes to make representations concerning the applications should do so in writing within 25 days to the publication of
this notice, to the Development Manager at the above address.
