THE BOROUGH OF BROXBOURNE (BOROUGH OFFICES BISHOPS COLLEGE NORTH & SOUTH) (OFF STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Broxbourne Borough Council with the consent of Hertfordshire County Council in order to facilitate better parking facilities for the Council and provide valuable parking facilities to the local community proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to amend existing parking places in the Borough offices car parks located in Whit Hern Court as specified in the Schedule to this Notice.
Documents giving more detailed particulars may be inspected, by prior appointment, during office hours, at the offices of Broxbourne Borough Council, Borough Offices, Bishops’ College, Churchgate, Cheshunt, Herts EN8 9XQ. Appointments to view the documents must be made by calling 01992 785555 or may be viewed online at www.broxbourne.gov.uk/consultations from 19th December 2024.

Objections to the proposals stating the grounds on which they are made, or other representations, must be sent in writing to Broxbourne Borough Council, Borough Officers, Bishops’ College, Churchgate, Cheshunt, Herts EN8 9XQ or TROs@broxbourne.gov.uk by 09 January 2025.
Schedule: Amendment of Parking Places from Monday to Friday Permit holders only to Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm Permit holders only, Monday to Friday 5:30pm to 7:30am & all day Saturday and Sunday shared use Permit Holders and paid parking - charges are payable via a telephone payment system as detailed below
