What is happening?

PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (BEAUMONT ROAD/WHITE FRIARS LANE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING, WAITING, LOADING, UNLOADING & MOVEMENT OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council acting under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), have made an Order the effect of which is:

1. To prohibit the parking, waiting, loading & unloading of vehicles in:
- Beaumont Road - between Gasking Street and White Friar Lane
2. To prohibit the movement of pedestrians in: White Friars Lane - between 78 and 96

The prohibition of parking, waiting, loading, unloading & movement of pedestrians will be in operation on the days and during the hours that the appropriate traffic signs are displayed. The Order shall come into force on 6th January 2025 and shall continue in force for a maximum of 18 months

It is anticipated that the mobility hub works will commence on the 6th January 2025 until 28th February 2025 24hrs
