THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (BUS SHELTER INSTALLATION SCHEME PHASE 12) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING, WAITING, LOADING & UNLOADING) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council acting under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), have made an Order the effect of which is:
1. To prohibit the driving, parking, waiting, loading & unloading of vehicles in:
- Biggin Hill - travelling eastbound between Uxbridge Drive and outside number 92
2. To prohibit the parking, waiting, loading and unloading of vehicles in:
- Mount Gould Road - outside number 239
- Blandford Road - outside number 234
- Beaumont Road - outside number 322
The prohibition of driving, parking, waiting, loading & unloading will be in operation on the days and during the hours that the appropriate traffic signs are displayed. The Order shall come into force on 6th January 2025 and shall continue in force for a maximum of 18 months
It is anticipated that the bus shelter installation works will commence on the 6th January 2025 until 9th January 2025 9:30 - 15:30
