THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (BASKET OPE/ PARADE/EXCANGE STREET/CITADEL OPE/SOUTHSIDE STREET OPE/STILLMAN STREET/PEACOCK LANE/BATTER STREET/ BUCKWELL STREET) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council acting under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), have made an Order the effect of which is:
1. To prohibit the driving, parking, waiting, loading and unloading of vehicles:
- Basket Ope - from junction Vauxhall Street to Parade
- Exchange Street - for its entirety
- Citadel Ope - for its entirety
- Southside Ope - for its entirety
- Parade - for its entirety
- Stillman Street - from Buckwell Street to Batter Street
- Peacock Lane - for its entirety
- Batter Street - from Stillman Street to number 31
- Buckwell Street - from Parade to Vauxhall Street
The prohibition of driving, parking, waiting, loading & unloading will be in operation on the days and during the hours that the appropriate traffic signs are displayed. The Order shall come into force on 6th January 2025 and shall remain in force for a maximum of 18 months
It is anticipated that the phased gas mains works will commence on the 6th January 2025 until 31st March 2025 24hrs
