HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), yn bwriadu, mewn nid Ilai na saith diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, wneud Gorchymyn a fydd a’r effaith o wahardd cerddwyr a beicwyr rhag mynd ar hyd:
Y rhan honno o Lwybr Beicio Cenedlaethol Cwm Aber rhwng y cyffyrdd a Woodland Terrace a Church Road am bellter o tua 375 metr i gyfeiriad y de-ddwyrain.
Mae Ilwybrau amgen ar hyd Church Road a Woodland Terrace.
Bydd y gorchymyn dros dro yn weithredol o 6 Ionawr 2025 am hyd at chwe mis neu nes bod y gwaith wedi ei gwblhau, p’un bynnag sydd gynharaf. Disgwylir i’r gwaith gael ei gwblhau erbyn 6 Gorffennaf 2025. Tom Prichard Contracting Ltd sy’n gofyn am gau’r Ilwybr.

ABER VALLEY NATIONAL CYCLE ROUTE
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS ORDER 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) intends in not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit pedestrians and cyclists from proceeding along:
That section of Aber Valley National Cycle Route between its junctions with Woodland Terrace and Church Road for a distance of approx.
375 metres in a south easterly direction.
Alternative routes are via Church Road. Woodland Terrace.
The temporary order will be effective from 6 January 2025 up to a maximum duration of six months or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier.
It is anticipated that the works will be completed by 6 July 2025.
The closure is required by Tom Prichard Contracting Ltd. The reason for making the Order is to allow for drainage works.
