NOTICE OF ORDER HAVING BEEN MADE THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS) (AMENDMENT ORDER NO. 2024. 2137330 - DERRIFORD COMMERCIAL CENTRE SOUTH) ORDER 2024 & THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (TRAFFIC MOVEMENT AND SPEED LIMIT REGULATIONS) (AMENDMENT ORDER No. 2024.2137330 - DERRIFORD COMMERCIAL CENTRE SOUTH) ORDER 2024
The Council of the City of Plymouth in exercise of their powers under Sections 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Act and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act, hereby have made the above named Orders:-
The effect of the orders shall be to add No Waiting restrictions, a Bus lane & a No Left Turn on lengths of the following roads: Bravo Way & Derriford Park.
Subject to Schedule 9 Part VI of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or any of the provisions in it on the grounds that the Orders are not within the relevant powers or that any of the relevant requirements or regulations made hereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders, may within six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made, make an application for that purpose to the High Court.
