U9539 NORTHCOTT GARDENS SEGHILL
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U9539 Northcott Gardens Seghill from its point outside of 11 Northcott Gardens heading northeast for a distance of 110 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 2nd January 2025 until the 20th February 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 3rd January 2025 until the 20th February 2025 and that the road will be closed at all times during this period.
There is no alternative route for vehicular traffic.

The closure has been requested by Northern Gas Networks to complete replacement mains gas works in the carriageway. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.
