What is happening?
Cranbrook Proposed Speed Limit Orders
Devon County Council propose to make these under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 for Cranbrook: Devon County Council (Various Roads, East Devon) (40mph) Order to introduce 40MPH SPEED LIMIT on a specified length of the B3174 London Road (for ease of reference existing restrictions are in the draft order); Devon County Council (Crannaford Lane, Cranbrook) (Restricted Road & 30mph) Order to introduce RESTRICTED ROAD (30mph by virtue of street lighting) & 30MPH SPEED LIMIT on specified lengths of Crannaford Lane.

Objections & other comments specifying the proposal & the grounds on which they are made must be in writing to the address below or via devon.cc/tro to arrive by 16 January 2025.
