What is happening?

THE CITY OF EDINBURGH COUNCIL

(GORGIE ROAD) (NO. 3) (TEMPORARY ROAD RESTRICTION AND TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2024 – TEMP/24/207

The Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be that for a temporary period, to facilitate a safe working area for SPEN infrastructure works, no person shall, except with the permission of a Parking Attendant, cause or permit any vehicle to wait or load onto or unload from any vehicle at any time on both sides of Gorgie Rd, from the east building line of No. 536, north-eastwards for 75m. The Greenways Order 1997 will be suspended in so far as the no stopping restrictions and loading and parking bays on the specified section of Gorgie Rd are affected by this Order. The order shall have effect from 6/1/25 to 31/1/25.
