TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING & LOADING AT ANY TIME ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 13/01/2025 and have a maximum duration of 12 weeks. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 2 days at each location. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Leicestershire County Council to carry out various highway maintenance works.

The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow MG Joinery Contracts to undertake development works & Leicestershire County Council to carry out various highway maintenance works. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 06/01/2025 and have a maximum duration of 20 weeks.

The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 2 weekends. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Newline Civils on behalf of North Kilworth Marina to undertake S278 development works & Leicestershire County Council to carry out various highway maintenance works.

The proposed diversion route will be via: Station Rd, Lutterworth Rd, Pincet Ln, Leicester Rd, Berridges Ln, High St, Kilworth Rd & vice versa.

TEMPORARY IMPLEMENTATION OF 30 MPH SPEED RESTRICTION ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The effect of which will be to allow for the closure/restrictions of those lengths of roads as specified in Schedules 1 & 2 to this Notice. No speed limit imposed by this order applies to vehicles falling within regulation 3(4) of the Road Traffic Exemptions (Special Forces) (Variation and Amendment) Regulations 2011 when used in accordance with regulation 3(5) of those Regulations. Any member of the public requiring further information should contact Leicestershire Highways on 01163050001. The Order will come into force on 06/01/2025 and have a maximum duration of 26 weeks. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 20 weeks.
