Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024

Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Raikes Lane (D274) Abinger Hammer which extends from its junction with Water Lane (D281) for 500m in a northwards direction.

Alternative Route – Water Lane (D281), Sutton Lane (D281), Abinger Lane (C43) and Raikes Lane (D274) or the same route in reverse.

This Order is required to allow BT Openreach to carry out telecom works, which is anticipated to be completed within 1 day, between 9:30am and 3:30pm, during the 12 month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 14 January 2025. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in force 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

Access for emergency vehicles, residents, pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained at all times. All other vehicular traffic will be required to use the signed diversion route.

Kings Mill Lane (D355) Redhill
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No. 2) 2024

Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of; (a) Kings Mill Lane (D355) Redhill which extends from its junction with Masons Bridge Road (D355) to the northwestern property access road to “Staplehurst Farm” and; (b) suspend “The Surrey County Council Kings Mill Lane (D355) Redhill Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024” in its entirety.

Alternative Route – Kings Mill Lane (D355), Kings Cross Lane (D381), Crab Hill Lane (D381), Moats Lane (D381), Prince Of Wales Road (C67), Green Lane (C65), Axes Lane (C65) and Masons Bridge Road (D355) or the same route in reverse.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024

Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Beech Farm Road (C78) Warlingham which extends from its junction with Limpsfield Road (B269) to its junction with Washpond Lane (D451).

Alternative Route – Limpsfield Road (B269), Chelsham Road (C228), Sunnybank (C228), Farleigh Road (C217), Farleigh Common (C217), Addington Road (A2022), Featherbed Lane (C76), Fairchildes Lane (C76) and Beech Farm Road (C78) or the same route in reverse.

This Order is required to allow BT Openreach to carry out telecom works, which is anticipated to be completed within 1 day, between 9:30am and 3:30pm, during the 12 month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 15 January 2025. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in force 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. 

Access for emergency vehicles, residents, pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained at all times. All other vehicular traffic will be required to use the signed diversion route.

Punchbowl Lane (D2857) Dorking
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No. 2) 2024

Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) and 14 (7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of; (a) Punchbowl Lane (D2857) Dorking which extends from; (i) the southwestern property boundary line of “14 Punchbowl Lane” to the southeastern property boundary line of “44 Overdale” and (ii) its junction with Overdale (D2857) to the northeastern property boundary line of “3 Punchbowl Lane” and; (b) suspend “The Surrey County Council Punchbowl Lane (D2857) Dorking Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024” in its entirety.

Alternative Route – Punchbowl Lane (D2857), Chart Lane South (D301), Deepdene Avenue (A24) and Reigate Road (A25). 

This Order is required to allow TSE Group to carry out telecom works, which is anticipated to be completed within 4 days, between 8:00am and 5:00pm, during the 12 month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 20 January 2025. 

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in force 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency vehicles, residents, pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained at all times. All other vehicular traffic will be required to use the signed diversion route.
