(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Allen Road, Irthlingborough as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Allen Road, Irthlingborough from the junction with Spencer Road.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during fire hydrant repairs.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 13th January 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted for up to 3 days.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of High Street, Wollaston as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of High Street, Wollaston from junction of London Road to junction with Thrift Street.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during gas connection works.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 6th January 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of The Slips, Great Harrowden from the junction of Kettering Road (A5059) and The Slips heading east along The Slips for 773 metres.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during digging works.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 6th January 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. (DESBOROUGH ROAD, RUSHTON)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Desborough Road, Rushton as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Desborough Road, Rushton from structure 6657 Rushton on the bend.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during post and rail repairs.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 13th January 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted for up to 8 days.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: use Pipewell Road.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14
(CHURCH STREET, COTTINGHAM)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length Church Street, Cottingham as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Church Street, Cottingham from the junction of High Street to outside no.11.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety Cadent Gas connection works.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 20th January 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted for up to 4 days.

(HILL STREET, RAUNDS)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length Hill Street, Raunds as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Hill Street, Raunds from junction of Brook Street to junction of Hollington Road.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety gully cleaning.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 3rd January 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted for 1 day.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTES: use High Street, Manor Street and Park Road.
