FALKIRK COUNCIL

THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

The Council has made the Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit vehicles on:

B8022, Slamannan from 00:01 on 06/01/25 until 18:00 on 28/05/25. The prohibition is to allow for Utility works to be undertaken.

1. This order temporarily closes B8022, Slamannan from a point adjacent to B825 in a northerly direction for approximately 1000 metres or thereby.
2. The alternative route is: B825, B8022 or vice versa.

Bankside, Falkirk from 07:00 on 06/01/25 until 16:00 on 24/02/25. The prohibition is to allow for utility works to be undertaken.

1. This order temporarily closes Bankside, Falkirk from a point adjacent to Main Street in an easterly direction for approximately 150 metres or thereby.
2. The alternative route is: Mungalend, A9, Merchiston Roundabout, B906, B902 or vice versa.

C20 Denovan Road, Denny from 09:30 until 15:30 on 06/01/25. The prohibition is to allow for telecommunications works to be undertaken.

1. This order temporarily closes C20 Denovan Road, Denny from a point adjacent to Denovan Cottages in an easterly direction for approximately 200 metres or thereby.
2. The alternative route is: Denovan Road, A872, A883, B905, Denovan Road or vice versa.

Corrie Avenue, Stenhousemuir from 08:00 on 06/01/25 until 18:00 on 14/01/25. The prohibition is to allow for telecommunications works to be undertaken.

1. This order temporarily closes Corrie Avenue, Stenhousemuir from a point adjacent to number 65 in a westerly direction for approximately 40 metres or thereby.

Muirhall Road, Larbert from 07.30hrs on 06/01/25 until 17:00hrs on 17/01/25. The prohibition is to allow carriageway repairs works to be undertaken.

1. This Order temporarily closes Muirhall Road (C1), Larbert from its junction with the Inches Roundabout (A88) to its junction with Balfour Crescent.
2. The alternative route is Inches Roundabout (A88), Bellsdyke Road (A88), Bellsdyke Roundabout (A88), Broomage Avenue, Foundry Loan, Main Street (B905), Muirhall Road (C1) and vice versa.

Souillac Drive, Denny from 08:00 on 06/01/25 until 23:59 on 14/01/25. The prohibition is to allow for utility works to be undertaken.

1. This order temporarily closes Souillac Drive, Denny from a point adjacent to number 28 in an easterly direction for approximately 65 metres or thereby.

Dungald Stewart Avenue, Bo'ness from 08:00 on 07/01/24 until 16:00 on 31/01/24. The prohibition is to allow for utility works to be undertaken.

1. This order temporarily closes Dungald Stewart Avenue, Bo'ness from a point adjacent to Erngath Road in a westerly direction for approximately 85 metres or thereby.
2. The alternative route is: Erngath Road, Dean Road, Dungald Stewart Avenue or vice versa.

THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2024

The Council has made the Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit waiting in:

B818, Stoneywood from 09:30 until 15:30 on 08/01/25. The prohibition is to allow for telecommunications works to be undertaken.

1. This order prohibits waiting on B818, Stoneywood from a point adjacent to Hookney Terrace in a westerly direction on both sides for approximately 30 metres or thereby.

North Street, Bo'ness from 09:00 on 08/01/25 until 18:00 on 13/01/25. The prohibition is to allow for Scottish Water works to be undertaken.

1. This order prohibits waiting on North Street, Bo'ness from a point adjacent to South Street in a westerly direction on both sides for approximately 80 metres or thereby.
