Cromford Road - Temporary Road Closure Extension
What is happening?

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE EXTENSION
CROMFORD ROAD, LANGLEY MILL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Order made by Derbyshire County Council on 20 September 2024 under Section 14 of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) the effect of which was to close Cromford Road, Langley Mill has been extended.
The alternative route will be via Cromford Road, Station Road, Lower Dunstead Road, Upper Dunstead Road and vice versa.
The road will be closed until 20th January 2025 or until the works are completed, whichever is the sooner to facilitate the installation of new Severn Trent Water sewage apparatus.
Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused during the duration of the temporary restriction. Any member of the public requiring further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190.
