U3070 Ditchburn Road - Temporary Road Closure

U3070 DITCHBURN ROAD SOUTH CHARLTON
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U3070 Ditchburn Road South Charlton from outside the front of number 1 Ditchburn Road heading in a northerly direction for a length of 80 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 13th January 2025 until the 24th January 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 13th January 2025 until the 17th January 2025 between the hours of 09:00 until 17:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 24th January 2025.
There is no alternative route for vehicular traffic.

The closure has been requested by Clancy on behalf of Northern Powergrid to establish a new connection to a property.
In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.
