(MAP SCHEDULE) ORDER 2024

(VARIOUS ROADS, SHEFFIELD)
(CONSOLIDATION OF ONE-WAY TRAFFIC) ORDER 1982
(AMENDMENT NO.94) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 19 December 2024 Sheffield City Council made the above Order which comes into operation on 13 January 2025 under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order will be to introduce:

Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time on parts of Farmoor Gardens, Meadow Gate Avenue, Meadow Gate Lane, Mill Meadow Close, Mill Meadow Gardens, Nether Oak Drive, Owlthorpe Greenway and Rother Valley Way.
One Way Traffic on the whole of Rother Valley Way Service Road.

A copy of the Order may be examined during normal opening hours at First Point Reception, Howden House, 1 Union Street, Sheffield, S1 2SH or within the Sealed Traffic Orders section on the Council website at
https://www.sheffield.gov.uk/home/roads-pavements/traffic-orders

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the enabling Act or that a requirement of the enabling Act or any of the relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with may, within six weeks of 19 December 2024 make application for that purpose to the High Court.
