What is happening?

Portsmouth City Council (Marmion Road) (Temporary Prohibition of Loading and
Waiting) (No.4) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Portsmouth City Council intends to make the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order comes into operation from 6th January 2025 and the effect will be as follows:
A) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LOADING AND WAITING
MARMION ROAD
Loading bays alongside Waitrose, opposite No. 29 to No. 33 Marmion Road.
B) REASON FOR THE ORDER
To facilitate maintenance works to the colonnade roof in the disabled bays outside Waitrose.
C) DURATION OF THE ORDER
From 6th January 2025 to 28th February 2025 or completion of the works, whichever is sooner.
