NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Doncaster Council
intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to
make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic
(Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 because works are being
or proposed to be executed on or near the road and the effect
will be to prohibit any vehicle/pedestrian from proceeding in
that section of road that comprises of the railway level
crossing area on Station Road at Askern in the City of
Doncaster District and suspend the weight restriction as
described in the Schedule to this notice on the dates and
times referred to in the said Schedule.
Reason for closure: To ensure the safety of the public and the
workforce whilst drainage maintenance works are undertaken.
NOTICE is also given that the alternative route for vehicles/
pedestrians affected by the Order is via Station Road, High
Street, Doncaster Road, Askern Road, Arksey Lane, Almholme
Lane, Fordstead Lane, Fordstead Lane From Thorpe Bank To
Marsh Lane, Thorpe Bank, Marsh Road, Moss Lane, Trumfleet
Lane, Moss Road and vice versa.

NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Doncaster Council
have made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic
(Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 because works are being
or proposed to be executed on or near the road and the effect
will be to prohibit any vehicle/pedestrian from entering,
proceeding or waiting in that length of Christ Church Road in
the City of Doncaster District as described in the Schedule to
this notice on the dates and times referred to in the
said Schedule.
Reason for closure: To ensure the safety of the public and the
workforce whilst tree maintenance activities are undertaken.
NOTICE is also given that the alternative route for vehicles/
pedestrians affected by the Order is via Nether Hall Road,

works are to be notified of the scheme to include
access arrangements.
Any vehicle that is in contravention of the waiting restriction
imposed by this Order may be removed under the provisions
of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
Any contravention of the prohibitions or restrictions imposed
by this Order may result in a Penalty Charge Notice being
issued and the subsequent removal of a vehicle.
