(John Gold Avenue, Newark On Trent) (Prohibition Of Waiting) Traffic Regulation Order 2024 (3392)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086), as amended, the effects of which will be, in respects of roads at Newark on Trent in the District of Newark and Sherwood: - Proposed prohibition of Waiting At Any Time along the following lengths of road:
John Gold Avenue, Newark on Trent (the north west and north-east side) - From its junction with Barnby Road in a southwesterly and north-westerly direction for 55 metres.
John Gold Avenue, Newark on Trent (the south-west side) - From a point 19 metres north-west of its junction with John Gold Avenue (North-East to South-West Leg) in a south-easterly direction to a point 10 metres south-east of that junction.
John Gold Avenue (North-East to South- West Leg) (the north-west side) - From its junction with John Gold Avenue in a south-westerly direction for 10 metres.
John Gold Avenue (North-East to South- West Leg) - From its junction with John Gold Avenue in a south-westerly direction for 10 metres.
