THE M62 MOTORWAY (JUNCTION 33)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that National

Highways Limited intends to make an Order on the M62 Motorway, in the County of West Yorkshire, to bridge inspection works to be carried out in safety. The works are expected to start on Saturday  18 January 2025 for 1 night, or until completed, and will take place between 8pm and 6am.

The effect of the Order will be to close, at times during the works, the M62:

(i) eastern quadrant of the roundabout at Junction 33.

During the closures suitably signed alternative routes will be available at all times.

Traffic signs will indicate the extent of the prohibitions (which will not apply to emergency service vehicles or vehicles being used in connection with the said works or for winter maintenance or traffic officer purposes). The Order comes into force on 17 January 2025 and has a maximum duration of eighteen months.
