(Temporary Closure) Order 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice WSCC intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit any person from proceeding along lengths of:
(i) Public Footpath No. 1528, from its junction with Fleming Way (527223 138845), northwards and eastwards to its junction with Public Footpath No. 353Sy. (527459 139114); and
(ii) Public Footpath No. 353Sy, from its junction with Public Footpath No. 1528 (527459 139114), north-eastwards to its junction with Public Footpath No. 352Sy (528039 139649) The Order is necessary to protect public safety due to extensive construction works in the vicinity.
Unfortunately there are no alternative routes available using the Public Rights of Way network.
The Order will come into effect on 6 January 2025 and will last for 6 months.
