What is happening?

BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL

KINGSBURY ETRO (PROHIBITION OF WAITING, LOADING

AND STOPPING) AND (ON-STREET PARKING PLACES)

ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 18th of December 2024, Buckinghamshire Council has made an Experimental Traffic Regulation Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers the effect of which is to introduce/amend the following:

Kingsbury (Layby outside
Lloyds Bank)
Revocation of existing Loading Only Bay
and introduce Pay & Display Bays
Kingsbury (Layby from
Lloyds Bank to No. 12)
Revocation (Removal) of existing
No Waiting at any time except Taxis and
introduce Pay & Display Bays

The Order will be implemented on an experimental basis for up to eighteen months.

A copy of the Order, which comes into operation on the 18th of December 2024 together with the effects of the Order and a copy of the Council’s Statement of Reasons may be inspected Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm at Buckinghamshire Council, Council Access Plus, Walton Street Offices, Walton Street, Aylesbury, HP20 1UA, United Kingdom, or can be view online on the Council’s website via YourVoiceBucks.

Anyone wishing to object to the making of the experimental order or make any other representation regarding the scheme would have 6 months to do so starting from the date the experimental order comes into force or, if the order is varied by a subsequent order or modified pursuant to section 10(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 from the date that variation order or modification comes into force.

Any objections to the making permanent of the Order, or any queries or requests for further information, should be sent by email to townregeneration@buckinghamshire.gov.uk, quoting reference Kingsbury ETRO or by post to the address below by no later than the 18th of June 2025. Objections must be made in writing and must state the grounds on which they are made.
