NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 17th day of December Cornwall Council made the above Orders operational from the 20th day of December to regulate traffic in the West Penwith Community Network Area (CNA). These Orders consolidate and amend various existing Speed Limit provisions within settlements in this area, imposing a 20mph Speed Limit in the main residential locations. 30mph buffers are also implemented leading up to these, where deemed necessary. 

The roads affected by the Orders, including roads subject to existing provisions which have been consolidated, are detailed below. Each road is listed under any relevant new or consolidated speed limits which are proposed along its length. 

The effect will also be to introduce waiting restrictions along the lengths of road described in Pendeen, below. The Orders and relevant documents are available for public inspection during normal office hours at Reception, New County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY.
